Tinnitus – Ringing of the Ear – Possible Help

Intending to write about help for tinnitus I looked a bit at google and found that the British admit after 36 years or so they still DO NOT KNOW WHAT
CAUSES THE RINGING IN OUR EARS (Tinnitus)

I was surprised because 15 years ago I saw a photo of the Queen talking to a Reflexologist.  Obviously she knows how to take care of her health.

What I learned about Tinnitus is that there is help as long as the condition is not existing too long. When one has it for too long calcifications in the inner ear happen and that is apparently impossible to reverse.

In my opinion it is best to use Reflexology and Acupressure in combination. Reflexology may be helpful because our feet and hands are like maps of the body. Every part of the body has there a reflex area. Stimulating this improves the Chi-flow and blood flow in that area and that enables the body to heal itself.

When I worked for Home Support I had a client with Ringing of the ear. I was curious because I just had finished my second Reflexology Certificate. So I rubbed ahis feet and after about 20 min he was totally surprised that the Ringing had stopped saying. He was really angry and said  “Why did my doctor not tell me that there is help?” The next day my supervisor called me, reprimanded me and I was not send again to this client.

I learned later the Ringing in the man’s ear  had stopped for only 1 1/2 day. My opinion is … when something can stop for a day then it can also totally stop when one goes for a longer time period to a Reflexologist. It is woerh a try.

Acupressure there are two meridians that are close to the ear and when the Chi-flow in these Meridians is impeded the body starts to deposrit calcium wherever the Chi-flow is low and that causes over time the Ringing. ONe Meridian is related to stress and it seems to me that often people who have a lot of stress or a tense personality suffer from Ringing of the Ear. For these people stress reduction is important.
