Recovering from Stress

How to Get Rid of Anxiety

It seems to me most do not know how to get rid of stress and anxiety.  Studies have shown that mental problems can be caused by a lack of minerals in our nutrition. Another reason are ElectroMagnetic Frequencies from our WiFi technologies constantly stressing our nervous system.

Photon Therapy

This post is not about  a complicate  photon therapy. The word therapy means treatment done by a medical professional who decides what to do.

I chose the word photon therapy because it is well known. The correct term is photon transfer, but who searches on google for that?

ElectroMagnetic Sensitivity (EMS)
